Pacsun is looking for multiple forward-thinking, retail-minded, creators of culture who have an appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2025 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity beginning June 17th, 2025 - August 22nd, 2025.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates
• Experience in social media + content creation
• Must be available to work full time schedule
• Passion for social media, marketing, fashion, retail, and process improvement
• Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Creative writing skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to think outside the box
• Basic skills in content creation, graphic design and social media

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on fashion and social media trends and develop current, relevant content ideas
• Work cross-functionally with the influencer and brand marketing team
• Help create and brainstorm new content for all social platforms
• Shoot and create content at local PacSun stores
• Help create content for all IG accounts (graphics, stories, flats, etc.)
• Assist manager with compiling social media analytics, which involves the use of third-party platforms
• Attend events, activations and shoots for hands-on experience
