About The Position

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator at UA Brands is responsible for executing social media content and strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the community, and drive revenue through social media channels. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media, focusing on content creation, influencer engagement, and community management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Social Media content writing
  • Ability to use Workfront or other project management tools to manage all campaigns/projects
  • Ability to navigate social media platforms for managing and executing social campaigns, editing and creating social-first content
  • Well-organized, detail and deadline oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a high pace group environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • BS/BA Degree - Marketing, English, Business a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist and execute social media content and strategies to engage and grow customer outreach and social media revenue across all Social Media accounts.
  • Participate in social community management/engagement including responding to customer comments & emails and ensuring Customer Support is responding to messages.
  • Conduct influencer research, onboarding, relationship building, and order management.
  • Expand positive share of voice through strategic influencer campaigns.
  • Grow professional, influencer, and consumer communities on behalf of the brand.
  • Assist Social Media team with sales reports, national calendars, organizing and archiving content on server.
  • Assist with social SEO, create social content, and proof the accuracy of social assets.
  • Manage UA Brands collaboration requests & giveaway management including filtering incoming requests, outreach, managing relationships, and organizing product selections, compiling & picking winners, placing & tracking orders.
  • Assist with product tagging, approving & rejecting on UGC platform.
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends, competition, and opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Assist with other marketing team duties including updating reports, creative writing, and other marketing team needs.
