About The Position

We are excited to announce the J.Jill Internship Program – our 10-week paid summer internship running from June through August 2026. Designed for rising juniors and seniors, this program provides hands-on exposure to a leading specialty retail company. Interns will contribute to daily business activities within their assigned departments while also gaining a broader understanding of J.Jill through cross-functional learning opportunities. This is a full-time program based at our office in Quincy, Massachusetts. We are seeking a creative, socially savvy Social Media Intern to accelerate our influencers partnerships, elevate our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, and help shape our broader organic content strategy. This role combines influencer outreach, relationship management, content creation, and channel planning to support brand growth and community engagement. Requirements

• Working toward a degree in marketing, communication, or related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and contact potential influencers who align with the J.Jill brand voice and values
• Test and manage a gifting-based outreach program to assess its effectiveness in driving influencer engagement and response rate
• Create and produce engaging, on-trend short-form video and social content
• Capture contact across various environments, including retail stores, with store associations, and within the corporate office
• Develop and recommend a refreshed Pinterest strategy, including content themes, posting cadence, and optimization tactics
• Create content pillar strategy and research other content management platforms to organize, plan, and approve organic content across all platforms
