We’re seeking a creative Social Media Intern to support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in social strategy, short-form video production, and social commerce while working closely with our Sr Social Media Manager.
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social trends
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content on iPhone
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with audiences across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned voice
- Foster positive conversations and build brand loyalty within our community
- Capture and edit iPhone video content in our Fargo HQ for short-form platforms
- Assist in developing TikTok-first content concepts
- Support on-trend, engaging, and educational video production
- Write compelling, on-brand captions for social posts
- Adapt messaging to fit each platform’s audience and best practices
- Assist with influencer communication, coordination, and tracking
- Support TikTok Shop Affiliate management
