The Best Experience Company, Springs Window Fashions, is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Marketing Team as a Social Media Intern for Summer 2026. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities. In this internship, you will develop an ideal-state model of the consumer purchase journey, mapping how individuals progress from initial interaction on social media through to final purchase. This project will include a deep analysis of how consumers engage with brands across social platforms, identifying key behaviors, motivations, and decision points.

  • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to support content creation for our residential social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Develop captions for social media posts.
  • Source relevant imagery for social media content.
  • Schedule posts for select brands (Bali Blinds and Horizons).
  • Assist with broader social content needs and compile, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Assist in identifying, sourcing, and vetting potential influencer partners who align with brand values and target audiences.
  • Support contract execution and coordinate deliverables for influencer partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment with campaign goals and develop a strategic plan outlining recommended influencer partnerships for the 2027 calendar year.
  • Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
  • Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, yet ability to see the big picture.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
