About The Position
The Social Media Intern position at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is a part-time role focused on the ideation, creation, and organization of multimedia content for the Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth's social and digital platforms. This internship provides an opportunity to engage with various social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Threads, and YouTube, contributing to the overall digital presence of KSE. The intern will be responsible for capturing, creating, publishing, and tracking social media content, ensuring that it aligns with the marketing and promotional strategies of the teams. In this role, the intern will also be a key contributor to ancillary social media accounts such as Altitude Authentics, Kroenke Sports Charities, Ice Patrol, and Bernie. The intern will cover and promote team and community events, sponsored assets, marketing initiatives, and fan interactions. Additionally, the intern will assist in organizing, tagging, and distributing photos throughout the season, as well as analyzing the performance of published content to optimize future social media strategies. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports and social media, and who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will work under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Social Media & Digital Content, contributing to the overall success of KSE's digital marketing efforts.
