About The Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is Growing! We are seeking a Social Media Influencer to strengthen our online presence as a practice. This role consists of creating authentic, engaging content for our current and prospective patients. The Social Media Influencer oversees all social media platforms, driving community awareness, increasing lead generation, and supporting new patient conversions. They will produce content while representing our brand personally within the community and monitoring key performance metrics to ensure continued growth and engagement. Ideally, the individual selected will have a background in marketing or brand representation and will resonate with our company mission and values.

Requirements

Proven experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Strong on‑camera presence and ability to speak confidently and clearly
Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
Ability to create, edit, and publish content using editing tools/platforms
Strong copywriting skills for captions, short‑form content, and brand messaging
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
Ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage multiple content deadlines
Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute new content ideas
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to represent the brand professionally
High level of professionalism, reliability, and self‑motivation
