About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Influencer Manager to lead and oversee our influencer initiatives across all Westgate Resorts properties. In this role, you'll manage influencer partnerships, coordinate and execute influencer trips, and collaborate with our teams to create visually stunning and highly shareable moments that inspire guests to capture and share their experiences. Your mission? To ensure every guest feels compelled to take out their phone and showcase their unforgettable Westgate stay. To succeed in this role, you should be deeply social media savvy, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, viral content, and emerging trends. You have a creative vision that allows you to see beyond the ordinary, imagining unique and engaging experiences that encourage guests and influencers alike to share their moments online. At the same time, you are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple influencer campaigns and FAM trips with efficiency and precision. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. A passion for hospitality and travel will also set you apart, as you'll be immersed in shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests while helping Westgate's properties become must-share destinations. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, public relations, or digital content strategy.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, viral content trends, and platform-specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize unique, engaging, and shareable experiences.
  • Experience in managing influencer-generated content, including tracking deliverables and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Ability to juggle multiple influencer campaigns, FAM trips, and social initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes in trends, strategy, and business needs.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and remain focused on results.
  • Willingness to travel to Westgate properties as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in curating visually compelling content and interactive installations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools and platforms like Aspire, Traackr, CreatorIQ, or GRIN.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Influencer Partnerships: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including outreach, contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to foster long-term partnerships that align with Westgate's brand identity and goals.
  • Curate & Execute FAM Trips: Plan and coordinate influencer trips, ensuring influencers experience tailored, high-impact moments that drive organic social media exposure.
  • Enhance On-Property Visual Appeal: Visit Westgate properties to assess and recommend unique, visually striking installations and interactive elements that encourage social sharing.
  • Monitor & Adapt to Trends: Identify emerging trends in social media and influencer marketing to keep Westgate at the forefront of visual storytelling.
  • Influencer & PR Support: Provide tactical support for press and influencer trips, including coordinating reservations, tracking inventory, and curating VIP guest gifts.
  • Integrate Influencer Strategy with Social Media: Identify opportunities to incorporate influencers into the broader social strategy.
  • Content Management & Performance Analysis: Organize, track, and analyze influencer-generated media, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards.
  • UGC Strategy & Platform Ownership: Own and execute the user-generated content (UGC) strategy across all Westgate Resorts properties.
  • Drive Innovation & Cross-Team Collaboration: Advocate for new ways to expand and enhance influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Report & Measure Success: Monitor campaign effectiveness and compile detailed analytics reports.
  • Creative Brand Representation: Serve as both the voice of the brand and a liaison to influencers.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support other marketing and influencer initiatives as needed.
