About The Position

We’re hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to manage and convert social media conversations into booked discovery calls. You’ll be speaking to private healthcare business owners from around the world, people who already know us, follow us, and engage with our content daily. They’re not strangers. They’re already interested. Your role is to step into those conversations, build rapport, ask the right questions, and guide them toward booking a call with our team. This role sits at the intersection of community, customer experience, and sales, and plays a direct role in driving business growth. We’re Paul Gough Media, a global marketing and training company helping private healthcare business owners grow and scale their clinics. Our founder, Paul Gough, is a 5x Amazon best-selling author, host of a top-rated podcast, and former professional sports physical therapist turned business mentor. He’s built a multi-million dollar company (currently $5M+ and scaling toward $10M), helping thousands of clinic owners improve their marketing, increase patient numbers, and build more profitable businesses. We have offices in Celebration, Florida and Hartlepool, UK, with a growing global client base.

Requirements

  • Have experience handling inbound leads through social media or online communities
  • Are a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Know how to guide a conversation without sounding pushy or scripted
  • Understand the difference between engagement and conversion
  • Are comfortable following up consistently
  • Enjoy working toward targets and being measured on performance
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies with speed and personality
  • Turn engagement into meaningful conversations
  • Ask simple, smart questions to understand each lead
  • Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
  • Follow up with leads who haven’t yet taken action
  • Re-engage older or “ghosted” conversations
  • Track conversations, bookings, and next steps
  • Post simple story prompts each week to spark new conversations and increase inbound lead flow.
