About The Position

We’re looking for an Inbound Appointment Setter to manage and convert social media conversations into booked discovery calls. You’ll be connecting with private healthcare business owners from around the world—people who already follow us, engage with our content, and are familiar with what we do. They’re not cold leads; they’re already interested. Your job is to step into these conversations, build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and guide prospects toward booking a call with our team. This role blends community engagement, customer experience, and sales—and plays a key part in driving company growth. Paul Gough Media is a global marketing and training company helping private healthcare business owners grow and scale their clinics. Our founder, Paul Gough, is a 5x Amazon best-selling author, host of a top-rated podcast, and former professional sports physical therapist turned business mentor. He’s built a multi-million dollar business (currently $5M+ and scaling toward $10M), helping thousands of clinic owners improve their marketing, attract more patients, and increase profitability. We operate from offices in Celebration, Florida and Hartlepool, UK, and serve a growing international client base.

Requirements

  • Have experience handling inbound leads via social media or online communities
  • Communicate clearly and build rapport quickly
  • Can guide conversations naturally without sounding pushy or scripted
  • Understand how to move from engagement to conversion
  • Are comfortable following up consistently
  • Enjoy working toward targets and being measured on results
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies promptly and with personality
  • Turn engagement into meaningful conversations
  • Ask smart, simple questions to understand each lead
  • Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
  • Follow up with leads who haven’t taken action yet
  • Re-engage older or inactive (“ghosted”) conversations
  • Track conversations, bookings, and next steps
  • Create simple weekly story prompts to spark conversations and increase inbound leads
