About The Position

The Social Media, Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist at ASM Global is responsible for creating and managing all print and online marketing materials for the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square. This role emphasizes social media strategy, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand messaging and drive ticket sales through effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with email marketing and paid social media.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and creative writing skills.
  • Strong proofreading abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Working knowledge of website content management and email campaign management.
  • Basic photography skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours as needed.
  • Ability to physically move around the facility.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design or related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy for various platforms.
  • Manage all show marketing social requirements including announcements and updates.
  • Curate and create compelling content optimized for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Manage all aspects of social media presence including content creation and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends for new engagement opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and stakeholders to amplify reach.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations governing social media usage.
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaign and post analytics.
  • Increase followers on all social media platforms.
  • Support marketing responsibilities including creating graphics and presentations.
  • Assist with the creation and deployment of eblasts for promotions.
  • Utilize Ticketmaster tools for marketing and data analysis.
  • Create event-related print and online ad collateral.
  • Assist with website maintenance and updates.
  • Create digital signage for events.
  • Design internal communications and newsletters.
  • Maintain and increase the in-house email database.
  • Archive photographs for venue use.
  • Assist with artist/promoter gifts and event activations.
  • Document events through photography.
