About The Position

We're hiring a contracted Social Media Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our social media program. This is a paid, part-time role (approximately 15-30 hours/week), with hourly compensation based on experience and skill level. This role offers flexibility, but we are seeking someone local to the Wichita, KS area who can occasionally work from our home office as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older to apply
  • Passion for social media and storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A self-starter who is flexible and eager to grow with a fast-paced team
  • Preference given to candidates based in or near Wichita, Kansas

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media posting and engagement across 70+ community-level accounts
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs
  • Support training and content guidance for on-site teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaigns, and social strategy
