We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to build FARMACY's online presence by creating engaging content across digital platforms. In this role, you'll manage and execute the full content calendar. You're creative, trendy, and obsessed with all things beauty. You will partner closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Influencer, Education & Events, Copy, and Creative, as well as external partners like content creators and influencers. You'll report to the Senior Social + Content Manager. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, owning Farmacy's process of content ideation, creation, editing, publishing, and user engagement across all social media platforms in partnership with your manager. You will develop concepts, shoot, edit, and star in video content for both organic and paid social media needs, requiring comfort on camera and the ability to engage team members to participate in social content. You will manage a high-volume social content calendar, creating and editing TikToks, Instagram posts/stories/reels, and other content for relevant social platforms. Analyzing social performance metrics and distilling insights to help grow engagement with new and established audiences will be key, along with providing weekly reports on these analytics to leadership. Staying up-to-date on social trends, conducting competitive analysis on social activations from the beauty industry and beyond, and supporting PR, Influencer, and Sales teams to create compelling content around events will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will vet and propose new creators, influencers, and brand partnerships, drive engagement through community management, and leverage learnings to react quickly with relevant content and marketing actions.
