About The Position

The Social Media Coordinator will manage the Facebook pages of Signature HealthCARE's skilled nursing facilities using the Sprinklr platform. This role is essential for ensuring that all social media content is polished, appropriate, and professional, while also assisting with content planning and graphic creation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Facebook and an interest in professional social media management.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) and a creative eye for visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple facility pages simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
• Highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review and post content submitted by individual facilities to their Facebook pages using Sprinklr.
• Ensure all photos are appropriate for public sharing and align with brand and community guidelines.
• Check each post for proper spelling, grammar, and overall quality before publishing.
• Provide support in generating simple graphics for posts as needed.
• Assist in creating monthly content calendars to help facilities plan engaging, compliant posts.
• Collaborate with facility teams to resolve any issues or improve the quality of their submissions.
