Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to craft engaging narratives and visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experienced in analyzing performance metrics and generating insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor others.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record in Marketing roles, including positions such as Marketing Ambassador and Social Media Manager.
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and customer engagement.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with company goals and brand identity.
  • Develop content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Create, edit, and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy that reflect brand identity.
  • Monitor social media platforms for audience engagement, comments, and direct messages.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Foster community engagement by initiating conversations and participating in trending discussions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Research competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media.
  • Partner with influencers and external collaborators to amplify social media reach.
  • Maintain and update all social media accounts, ensuring profiles are complete and visually appealing.
