As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will own the systems and execution that determine how the world experiences Paradigm — making this one of the highest-leverage marketing roles in the company. Success in this role means: Deliver 20–25+ high-quality, platform-ready content assets per month with 95%+ on-time delivery, ensuring each piece supports a defined business goal such as: Lead magnet promotion Webinar/event registration Nurture campaign engagement Wealth Strategy awareness You will be responsible for increasing engagement rates across core platforms by 20–30% through strategic repurposing, stronger hooks and creative testing, consistent performance optimization while improving downstream action including: Link clicks, landing page traffic and email opt-ins. Own organic social lead generation by building and optimizing a multi-channel content system that produces measurable conversion into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through:Gated content, webinar/event signups, lead nurture sequences, and CTA-driven content journeys. Success is defined by consistent contribution to the marketing pipeline—not just reach. Provide monthly reporting that connects content performance to: Lead volume, MQL progression, campaign attribution, top-performing content themes. Maintain content output that is polished, on-brand, and strategically aligned, requiring fewer than 5% of assets to be revised for quality or accuracy. Reduce turnaround time from raw asset → publish-ready content by 25%+ through improved systems, templates, and asset organization. Create and maintain a searchable, scalable asset library of clips, templates, thumbnails, and reusable content building blocks.
