About The Position

If you're someone who can shoot, edit, and publish thumb-stopping content all from your phone—this is your role. This is a first-of-its-kind position at our agency—built to meet the demand for speed, agility, and real-time content production that creative team structures can’t always accommodate. We’re looking for a social-native Content Creator who can own the full content production pipeline—from concepting the idea to final edit—at speed and at scale. You should be an expert in capturing and editing short-form video content (think Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts) using a phone-first, low-lift setup. You live and breathe trends. You know what’s going viral. And you can replicate that energy for brands with a quick turnaround time, without sacrificing quality.
