About The Position

The Social Media Content Creator at CEFCU is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance the organization's social media presence across various platforms. This role focuses on optimizing both paid and organic channels to improve brand impact and member experience, while also providing a professional and engaging interaction for CEFCU members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social media, journalism, communications, writing, video/content production, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with various social media networks such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, or LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms.
• Experience in social media writing and photo/video editing.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Superior critical thinking, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and/or promotional writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media management software (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meltwater, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
