About The Position

As an Internal Content Creator, you will play an important role in building and strengthening our content team by developing and executing on creative content strategies to brand BAD Marketing. You need to be proficient in producing engaging short and long-form content for multiple social media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, FB, Twitter, Linkedin, etc), create captivating thumbnails that convert to viewers, and have experience in shooting content using professional camera equipment. You will have access to our in-house studio, set rooms, and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
• Proven experience working with YouTube.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Excellent creative/critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must provide a portfolio of projects you’ve worked on within the past year.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or any other AI program that can assist with thumbnail design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality short and long-form content for various social media platforms.
• Design thumbnails using concepts that have proven to provide high CTR’s to entice audiences to engage with each piece of content.
• Operate and utilize office equipment for shooting content, including a podcast room, lifestyle set, and cyc wall room.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule and execute content shoots and posting schedules efficiently.
• Take constructive criticism and work closely with leadership to align content with overall brand aesthetics and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Create content both in front of and behind the camera with a strong on-camera presence.
