Social Media Community Moderator (Pharma)
About The Position
Social Factor is looking for a remote, US-based, temporary Social Media Community Moderator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service space. Requirements
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service
- Previous social media moderation experience is required
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the client (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills (a moderation & skills assessment will be given for final candidates)
- Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
- High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
- Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
- Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
Nice To Haves
- Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
Responsibilities
- Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
