About The Position
We are looking for a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. You will draft and edit captions that reflect our brand's warm, authentic, and community-focused tone. Additionally, you will coordinate and maintain a content calendar, suggesting different types of posts such as service highlights, community involvement, and team spotlights. Your creativity will shine as you repurpose raw content from our shop into visually appealing posts using tools like Canva. You will also review past post performance to inform future content strategies and liaise directly with the owners for regular updates, approvals, and collaboration. Supporting video post planning by suggesting ideas that enhance engagement will also be part of your responsibilities.
