About The Position

As a Social Media and Event Marketing Coordinator at Upland Hospitality Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts across our Indianapolis locations. This position involves planning and implementing all social media campaigns and organizing engaging taproom events. You will manage social media accounts for five Upland locations, creating content that resonates with our brand voice and engages our audience. Your responsibilities will include daily content publication, capturing in-the-moment content during events, and creating visually appealing graphics and videos for our social media platforms. You will also collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop a content calendar and ensure all content is submitted for approval before posting. In addition to social media management, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute taproom events that drive business and create memorable experiences for our customers. This includes creating and managing marketing campaigns for events, utilizing platforms like Eventbrite and Meta for advertising and ticket sales, and ensuring that all events are fun and engaging. You will attend all events to ensure they run smoothly and capture content for future marketing initiatives. Your role will require strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a tech-savvy approach to marketing tools and platforms. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you will need to work evenings and weekends to cover events and ensure their success.
