Our US Marketing organization is a key partner in our distribution efforts, working alongside our sales and strategic account teams to best align our capabilities with client needs. We are seeking a Social Media & AI Engagement Marketing Specialist, responsible for developing best practices for AI content creation and executing content through digital channels, including social media. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns. The candidate excels in developing high-quality, engaging content using AI and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand values and regulatory standards. The candidate has a strong attention to detail and an ability to stay updated with the latest trends to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in sales or marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools to generate and refine content, with a focus on accuracy and relevance.
• An understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the needs and concerns of financial professionals.
• Proven experience in writing and editing content that resonates with financial services audiences.
• Experience in managing successful social media campaigns that have built brand loyalty.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• A track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• AI prompt best-practice development and execution
• Develop AI prompts that generate high-quality, engaging content that highlights our innovative capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and social media to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Provide training and support to other team members on using AI tools and best practices for content creation and social media execution.
• Craft compelling and accurate content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's messaging and values.
• Manage the social media posting schedule for the US, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, investment and sales teams to ensure content is aligned with the firm's mission and values.
• Create relationships with approved AI vendors to problem-solve and solution for new use cases.
• Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory standards for social media content, including copyright, data protection and financial regulations.
