WHAT YOU’LL DO: Create social media content for MK at the South Premium Outlets Post three times a week on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Attend monthly events Work in store (Tuesday/Wednesday preferred) Collaborate with management to drive online followers to MK at the South Premium Outlets Achieve goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- A self-starter with the ability to drive results
- Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage; a true brand ambassador
- Customer service obsessed; ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion
- Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities
- Create social media content for MK at the South Premium Outlets
