About The Position
The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coach plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and achievement-oriented school culture at Koontz Elementary. This position involves collaborating closely with the school principal and supporting teachers in maintaining high behavioral expectations for students. The SEL Coach is responsible for addressing behavioral crises, implementing individual behavior plans, and ensuring the effective use of school-wide behavior management systems.
