About The Position

Wix is looking for a visual designer with a sharp eye for mobile-first content and a strong sense of storytelling that’s tailored to today’s fast-moving social platforms. You’ll be creating bold, engaging visuals that bring Wix’s creative tools and features to life, crafting visually compelling narratives that align with current trends, aiming to inspire a diverse community of creators. In your day-to-day, you’ll: Take full ownership of creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery Design visual assets for social channels (IG, TT, LI, and more), and keep our content on-brand while adapting it for different platforms and formats Turn product features into attention-grabbing, story-driven content Collaborate closely with content strategists, copywriters, and video editors Bring fresh, trend-aware creative thinking to everything you do Use a data-first approach by reviewing performance metrics and improving the design based on those insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional design setting, with hands-on experience in motion design and/or video editing—especially for social-first, mobile content
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and relevant image-making and motion tools
  • Multidisciplinary approach with expertise in web design, motion, and visual storytelling across multiple digital formats
  • An ability to dissect and understand a brand’s DNA and its target audience
  • An innovative, conceptual thinker who’s curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and has excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A portfolio showcasing design work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools or 3D design – an advantage
