We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to lead and elevate IPSY’s presence on TikTok and emerging platforms. This role blends content creation, channel strategy, and trendspotting. You’ll concept, create, and direct social-first content that has a direct impact on our organic goals, acting as a channel owner and cross-functional partner while driving ongoing commerce initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Social Media and MUST BE based in the Los Angeles, CA area. (This is a hybrid role, blending onsite and remote work.)
