About The Position
The Social Content Creator, reporting to the Senior Director of Community, is a critical and public-facing position at RTR. We are looking for a dynamic In-House Content Creator to become the Face Of our brand, serving as the cornerstone of our content strategy across social and digital platforms. This role is not just about content execution-it's about deep integration, ownership, and building an authentic, first-person connection with our audience. As the Face Of our social channels, you will drive TRUST, BRAND, PROCESS, and FASHION through internal programming, ensuring consistency, virality, and high engagement across content. You will host episodic content featuring guests, lead community conversations, and create high-impact social video content that aligns with the brand's voice and mission.
