About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting research and programs within the Department of Psychiatry, Division of Virtual Care. Specific duties include speaking to consenting patients into research studies, offering case management support for virtual care programs, contributing to data tracking and reporting activities, and other duties as requested by the supervisor and other Division leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
  • Must be detail oriented and conscientious, and be comfortable communicating with staff, investigators, IRB Office, health care professionals, and other stakeholders internal and external to UNC.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.
  • Experience with data entry is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with community-based programs is preferred.
  • Experience preparing written communications for public distribution is preferred.
  • Prior experience with implementation science is a plus.
