About The Position

The position involves leading the development of original, high-impact multimedia content that drives engagement and builds brand affinity. The role requires designing and executing content strategies that support the organization's business goals, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to produce and publish timely, accurate, and compelling content. Responsibilities also include managing social media strategies, monitoring digital reputation, and analyzing content performance to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, multimedia content creation, and organic social media management, ideally within a regulated industry such as health care or financial services.
  • Proven storytelling ability with a strong portfolio showcasing original content across formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with blog publishing platforms and podcast hosting tools.
  • Skilled in social media management platforms like SproutSocial, or similar.
  • Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Empathy-driven communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Data-informed thinker who uses performance metrics and audience insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the development of original, high-impact multimedia content including video series, podcasts, blogs, infographics, and social media assets.
  • Design and execute content strategies that support business goals, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars and content roadmaps reflecting seasonal priorities and audience insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to source, produce, and publish content.
  • Interview subject matter experts and transform complex topics into accessible, SEO-optimized content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content formats while adapting for platform-specific best practices.
  • Innovate and experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the owned media strategy, identifying opportunities to grow content and deepen audience engagement.
  • Drive growth and engagement across organic social media channels.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies that align with brand voice and audience behaviors.
