Under the supervision of the Extended Care Services Director, the Social Adjustment Services (SAS) Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, client-centered services for refugees and other eligible populations. The Coordinator provides direct case management, facilitates educational sessions, and connects clients with community resources to promote social integration, stability, and self-sufficiency. This position also assists with program organization, staff coordination, and compliance tracking-supporting the broader SAS team in delivering culturally responsive and trauma-informed services in line with funder and agency requirements.
