About The Position
Become a Soccer Shots Coach! Soccer Shots is the nation’s leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2–8. Our nationally recognized program introduces kids to the beautiful game through high-energy, age-appropriate sessions that blend soccer skills with character development. Our mission is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. Position Overview We’re seeking enthusiastic, part-time Soccer Coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing our curriculum to life. As a coach, you’ll: Lead engaging classes at local schools, parks, and community centers Inspire kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer Serve as a role model by teaching both soccer skills and life lessons Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and positivity
Requirements
- Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)
- Clean driving record
- Neat appearance and courteous attitude
- Commitment to upholding Soccer Shots’ values and brand standards
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with children or coaching is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)
