About The Position

At Soccer Shots, we are looking for the next key leader who wants to make a positive impact on children's lives through sport! Soccer Shots is a leading children’s soccer program serving thousands of kids ages 18 months–8 in Philadelphia. Our mission is to build confidence, character, and soccer skills through fun, age-appropriate sessions. Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners, directors, and managers started out as interns! As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas, including:

Requirements

Energetic and responsible individuals passionate about working with children
Great communicators who can engage kids, parents, and teammates
Reliable and adaptable with access to transportation around Camden County
No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
Administrative work is done remotely, and you're expected to drive to scheduled soccer sessions at multiple locations throughout the fall.

Responsibilities

Coaching: Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months - 8 years, using our expert curriculum on-site in local parks, facilities, daycare centers, and schools
Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO
Sales: Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
Coach Management: Help recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate coaches, plus assist with event planning
Community Impact: Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids
