About The Position
Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for dedicated, high-energy coaches to join our team! We teach fun, engaging soccer classes for children ages 2–8, using our nationally recognized curriculum. If you love working with kids and want a flexible, rewarding part-time job, this could be perfect for you. What You’ll Do Lead soccer-themed classes that focus on character development and fun Connect with children through enthusiasm and creativity (no soccer experience required!) Communicate effectively with parents, directors, and our leadership team Use the provided curriculum and equipment to deliver high-quality sessions Schedule & Pay Part-time & flexible – schedule around school, family, or other work Paid training at $15/hr (1–3 weeks, based on availability/learning pace) After training: $20/hr Performance raises after two completed seasons for reliable, dedicated coaches What We’re Looking For Consistent availability during the winter season and the ability to continue into the spring Passion for working with children and making a difference Reliable, punctual, and professional (coaches rarely call off) Energetic, engaging, and confident personality Physically able to run, kneel, squat, and carry equipment (bag with balls, nets, etc.) Reliable transportation & ability to pass a background check Why Join Soccer Shots?
