About The Position

NorCo Rush is hiring part-time coaches to join our staff in Greeley, Colorado. Colorado Rush has been a premier soccer club in Colorado for over 23 years and put the state on the map for excellence in player development and competing at a national level. Are you passionate about youth soccer? Is your purpose to develop next level players and change the dynamics of soccer in Colorado, the U.S. and beyond? If you have at least 3 years of coaching experience, a “D” (or higher) coaching license and are ready to be part of something bigger we want to hear from you! This part-time coaching position requires both the ability to demonstrate the skills and techniques of soccer as well as articulate and communicate the tactics of the game in a manner appropriate for the age level. In addition to coaching, this position requires an outgoing personality and superior communications skills with the ability to work with volunteers, parents, staff, and game officials. Requirements

3 years of coaching experience
“D” (or higher) coaching license
Ability to demonstrate the skills and techniques of soccer
Articulate and communicate the tactics of the game in a manner appropriate for the age level
