About The Position

Asphalt Green Soccer Club is seeking a passionate and reliable CP Soccer Coach to work with our athletes in a supportive and community-focused environment. This role is predominantly based in the Bronx and also includes opportunities to assist with the organization and administration of our Community Soccer League tournaments held on Saturdays during the Spring season.

Requirements

• Experience coaching soccer (CP soccer experience is an asset, but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for player development and community soccer
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Coaching certifications are an asset but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead two weekly CP soccer training sessions
• Coach and support players during Sunday games
• Foster a positive and development-focused team environment
• Adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of CP athletes
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff
• Assist with organizing and running community soccer league tournaments
• Support game-day operations (scheduling, setup, coordination, and logistics)
• Help ensure tournaments run smoothly and professionally
• Represent the club positively within the Bronx community
