About The Position

Youth Athletes United is seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer + Sports Coach to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children and a passion for promoting life skills through soccer. This position offers flexible scheduling, with new coaches able to work between 5 to 25 classes a week, earning between $20 to $45 per hour. Coaches will use individual attention to ensure every child succeeds, employ a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment, and utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children. All coaches are expected to be open-minded, willing to learn, and participate in regular training sessions.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 5 years and under
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
• Ability to follow curriculum and tailor lessons
• Punctual and willing to learn and accept feedback
• Motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive
• Reliable access to a vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with non-neurotypical children
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development
