About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy and kid-loving soccer coach to lead our preschool-aged classes in fun and educational soccer activities, while ensuring the safety and enrichment of all participants. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely loves children. Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years old
• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
• Demonstrates a history of integrity
• Ability to be physically active, punctual, and organized

Responsibilities

• Lead preschool-aged soccer classes in a fun and educational manner
• Ensure the safety and enrichment of all participants
• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive and creative approach to ensure classes are fun
• Encourage children through positive reinforcement
• Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Act as an ambassador for the company and its values
