About The Position

The SOC Operator is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients through centralized monitoring and response operations. This role supports critical security functions and requires strong situational awareness, communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity, call center operations, or dispatch is required
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and monitoring platforms

Nice To Haves

• Prior SOC (Security Operations Center) or security operations experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitoring alarms and intrusion detection systems
• Law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
• Emergency dispatch and response coordination
• Incident reporting, documentation, and analysis
• CCTV and camera monitoring
• Supporting cybersecurity-related alerts and monitoring as applicable
