About The Position

The SOC Operator position at Prosegur is a full-time role focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers. The operator will be responsible for monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and ensuring effective communication during high-stress situations. This role requires a reliable individual with SOC experience who can work the 2nd shift from Friday to Monday.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Security Guard License
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year of experience as a Security Officer
• Must have 1 year of experience as a Security Supervisor
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Minimum 1 year of SOC experience required
• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior

Responsibilities

• Track employee time and attendance
• Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
• Track the progress of security patrols
• Receive calls from interior guard posts
• Respond to client requests
• Facilitate incident response efforts
• Initiate notification and escalation procedures
• Document significant incidents
• Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
