As the SOC Manager, you will lead our Security Operations Center team, ensuring efficient detection, triage, and response to security incidents. As a RADICL (SOC Manager), you will: Leadership & Team Management: Oversee SOC analysts and engineers, providing mentorship and performance management. Develop staffing plans, hiring strategies and schedules to maintain 24/7 coverage. Operational Excellence: Ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents. Maintain and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and KPIs. Collaborate with other RADICL teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. Technology & Process Optimization: Manage SOC tools to ensure optimal performance. Drive automation, orchestration, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency. Client Engagement: Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents. Provide detailed reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
