About The Position

We are seeking an adaptive, self-motivated Senior SoC Designer & Team Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of SoC engineers, ensuring designs meet organizational requirements, and making key technical decisions and recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently or lead a team, are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience including 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven expertise in RTL design, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with low-power methodologies and power analysis, including UPF/CLP flows.
• Familiarity with synthesis, static timing analysis, DFT, CDC/RDC checks, ECO flows, and related documentation.
• Knowledge of physical design and verification methods.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and methodology improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SoC engineers, ensuring milestone achievement and on-time delivery to various teams.
• Drive RTL design and coding for multiple sections of the SoC using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Architect and integrate SoC around key components, interfaces, and IPs.
• Contribute to silicon debug and provide product support as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.
