About The Position

The Cybersecurity Analyst position at Radiant Company involves overseeing daily cybersecurity operations and leading incident response activities. The role focuses on architecting and supporting the cybersecurity operations center (CSOC) technology portfolio and enhancing the cybersecurity risk management program. The analyst will mentor team members and collaborate with IT departments to deliver solutions that mitigate risks and address emerging threats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
  • 8 years of cybersecurity work experience.
  • Experience using malware analysis and forensics solutions.
  • Experience in cyber investigations using formal chain-of-custody methods.
  • Solid knowledge of IT security aspects of operating systems, Active Directory, database access, and network administration.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry and familiarity with information security regulations (e.g., PCI, HIPAA).
  • Solid understanding of security development lifecycle (SDL) processes for applications.
  • Experience managing security-related projects involving multiple teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or GIAC.
  • 6 years of security monitoring and incident response experience.
  • 4 years of in-depth security log analysis experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incident response efforts for identified malicious activity or critical vulnerabilities.
  • Onboard data, configure integrations, and set up security alerting for the SIEM solution.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets and integrate them into the security case management system.
  • Leverage knowledge in various security disciplines to provide global solutions in a heterogeneous environment.
  • Continuously mature monitoring and incident response capabilities.
  • Stay current with new threats and analyze attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Conduct cyber investigations, including suspicious file analysis across applications, networks, and endpoints.
  • Act as the primary security resource for strategic initiatives, providing security reviews and mitigation recommendations.
  • Provide leadership for the cyber team, setting standards and mentoring team members.
  • Promote strategic planning by advocating for security solutions that reduce cyber risk.
