SOC Analyst Position Summary Prepare a variety of reports. Monitor, identify and resolve issues. Provide security support, identification, analysis, issue resolution, implementation and integration of security solutions, products and services. Support the day-to-day operations of all security systems, technology and Enterprise Command Center operations and procedures

Requirements

  • High School diploma and 1-3 years equivalent experiencing working in an operations center environment required either in cyber or physical security.
  • Illustrates efforts to make productive contributions.
  • Must have written and verbal communication and presentation skills that include the ability to interface with others.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet situational demands.
  • Position is required in office Tuesday - Saturday, Night Shift = 10:00 pm CST - 6:00 am CST.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and satisfactorily perform essential responsibilities in complex, high pressure, high task demand environment.
  • Bachelors degree with a preference for experience in working in cyber or physical security or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in command center.
  • Previous experience with AMAG, CCTV, and Manitou.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the organization's network for security breaches to protect resources including systems, networks and data.
  • Assist in preparing incident reports.
  • Maintain knowledge on security programs and documentation.
  • Demonstrate learning by asking questions and probing all useful sources of information.
  • Monitor and identify security issues.
  • Assist to resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams for remediation.
  • Administer and ensure compliance to all Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement policies and standards for security procedures and maintain confidentiality of information and ensure compliance with all security standards.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of all security systems, technology and Enterprise Command Center operations and procedures
