Snubbing Supervisor
About The Position
Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily operations on MidAtlantic Energy Services work sites, including but not limited to: managing and coordinating crews and training initiatives, prepare reports and updates for management, oversee repairs and maintenance on location, coordinate with support services to ensure successful job completion. Supervisors have extensive experience in snubbing operations and have preferably completed formal training and competency evaluation. Basic job requirements include: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities. Able to work effectively under pressure. Able to lift <50lbs independently. Able to work 12+ hours at a time, outdoors and in all weather conditions. Able to push/pull and complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time. Able to life and maneuver items overhead Able to use hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc. without mobility restrictions. High tolerance for busy, noisy and high stress environments Strong communication skills Comfortable working at heights (sometimes extreme height) Able to work out of town for extended periods of time (up to 28 days) Must be able to successfully complete a competency evaluation for the respective position.

- 5+ years of experience in snubbing operations
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math functions
- Must have a valid IADC Well Control Ticket
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and a clean driving record
