Snowmaking Supervisors are responsible for facilitating, maintaining, and operating snowmaking equipment and operations whenever weather permits, in accordance with the needs determined by our Snowmaking Manager and Mountain Manager. Starting pay based on experience. The specific duties of a Snowmaking Supervisor shall include, but not be limited to: Genuinely interested in working outside in challenging and changing weather conditions Able to work seven (7) days per week when needed and when possible May be asked to work in another area of the resort when needs arise Communicate and facilitate snowmaking plans and goals with snowmaking shifts Oversight of the safety and operations of snowmaking shifts Leading a team of snowmakers to safely produce quality service and product Motivate and assist snowmaking shifts with job duties
