Responsible for overseeing the manufactured snow production, Managers are organized leaders working behind the scenes to ensure high quality snowmaking operations.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Snowmaking operations experience required
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Snowmaking department for the location such as performance, compliance, staffing, training, and development
  • Review engineering and design plans snow making operations and maintenance programs
  • Manage construction, installation and improvement projects relating to the snowmaking operation
  • Review records of operational and safety performance making suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with other management, departments, and third-party organizations throughout the course of work
  • Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on snowmaking operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned
