About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer (Delivery Lead) to architect, deliver, and scale modern analytics solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Snowflake and dbt with leadership responsibilities, including technical direction, best-practice definition, and stakeholder collaboration. You will lead end-to-end ELT initiatives and mentor analytics engineers while ensuring performance, governance, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience
- Expertise in dbt (Core/Cloud) and advanced SQL
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and cost optimization
- CI/CD, Git, and DevOps experience
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ELT pipelines using Snowflake & dbt
- Define data models (star/snowflake, dimensional, marts)
- Lead dbt project structure, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
- Build and optimize dbt models, tests, macros, and documentation
- Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
- Implement data quality, observability, governance, and security (RBAC, masking)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers
