Snowfest Beer & Warming Tent Attendants
About The Position
It is almost that time of year again…SNOWFEST! Each year, thousands visit to view larger-than-life snow sculptures and beautifully detailed ice carvings. In addition, there will be entertainment for the entire family in the warming tents, a fireworks display, petting zoo and other children's activities. Bavarian Inn Restaurant will have a warming tent with beer, pretzels, and other items on our property and are looking for a few extra hands to make it run smoothly. Shifts needed Snowfest Weekend (1/30/26-2/1/26) Wage: $14 per hour plus tips Schedule: Sunday, 1/25: 12pm-4pm (training) Friday, 1/30: 12pm-10pm Saturday, 1/31: 11am-10pm Sunday, 2/1: 12pm-6pm (Although this position is temporary for the duration of the Snowfest event, there is potential for permanent placement in other positions afterwards.)
Requirements
- Must be available Friday (1/30/26) through Sunday (2/1/26) for the shifts listed above
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to lift moderate weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift (8+ hours)
- Must have friendly disposition and be guest focused
Responsibilities
- Greeting & serving guests promptly and courteously
- Setting up and cleaning up after daily operations
- Stocking beverages, food, and retail merchandise as needed
- Accurately performing daily money handling procedures
