About The Position

YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED! Do you have a passion for all things snow and winter? Would you love to share your experience and passion for snowboarding with others plus get some great resort perks too? If so, submit your application to us- we'd love to talk to YOU! Position Overview This is a seasonal position. Snowsports instructors are assigned to teach and supervise private or group lessons at the Snowsports School. Employee housing is available if needed for relocation. Compensation will vary depending on experience. Come enjoy the 2025/2026 winter season with us!

Requirements

Must be at least at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated ability to snowboard.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Prior experience providing spectacular guest service.
Ability to work with children in group and individual settings.

Nice To Haves

PSIA certified or desire to be certified (Reimbursement available for membership of PSIA/AASI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety and snowboard responsibility as top priority while riding and teaching.
Instruct group and private lessons of varying levels with an enthusiastic, positive and professional manner.
Greet and assist guests, providing them with a memorable experience.
